BC Premier Announces Climate Leadership Plan at New BC Research Facility

BCRI was pleased to host Premier Christy Clark, Hon. Mary Polak, Minister of Environment and MLA for Langley, Dr. Sybil Seitzinger, Executive Director at the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions, and Susan Yurkovich, President & CEO of COFI at our new technology commercialization and innovation centre currently under construction on Mitchell Island. The Premier was announcing the province of BC’s Climate Leadership Plan to cut emissions while growing the economy. The event showcased clean technologies being developed in the province by both small to medium sized companies and university researchers.
